the same day and delivered to you the next day.
(Please note that shipping may be delayed by
1–2 days due to order volume and courier conditions.)
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Fridays will be shipped on the following Monday.
- For Friday orders, please check the weekend delivery availability
at the delivery address before placing your order.
- Shipping is not available the day before or on public holidays;
orders will be processed sequentially starting the day after the holiday.
Exchange and Refund Policy
Due to the nature of fresh and frozen products,
exchanges and refunds can only be requested within 1 day of receipt.
For example, if you receive the product on Wednesday,
you must request an exchange or return by Thursday to proceed with a
discussion for an exchange or refund.
